Gartocharn Playpark

The Playpark sub-group, led by Alan McMullen, secured a grant through West Dunbartonshire's Greenspace to allow for new drainage to be put in place and items of play equipment to be installed in the village play area beside the football pitch.

In 2010 the Trust applied successfully to the LLTNP for a grant in the "Soon, Seen and Successful" project category. The money received (£3,000) has been used to improve the entrance to the park - making it safer and more visible from the road, and to improve the picnic table area.
