Village Shop
Village Shop and Post Office
The Village Shop and Post Office could well be described as "the hub of the village". Although small and compact the shop is very well stocked, selling a version of almost anything! There are particularly delicious biscuits which are very hard to walk past! Newspapers, magazines and cards are also stocked and a lot of the villagers have a regular order for their daily newspaper.
The petrol station is part of the shop and also attracts passing trade.
Mary and her staff always look pleased to see their customers and more often than not there is plenty of time for a chat whilst doing the shopping.
