Aber Path – Walk a Line Through Time

Follow the newly upgraded Aber Path to the view point at Net Bay from where you can admire the grand view over the bay to the mouth of the River Endrick.

Upgraded in 2007, the Aber Path to Loch Lomond National Nature Reserve starts as you leave your car in Kilmaronock Millennium Hall car park. Cross over the road to the Hall and you will see the information board beside the sign post for the Aber Path. Please take a copy of the very informative leaflet and take the Right of Way path north from the Hall.

The leaflet gives you an almost step by step guide and also takes you back in time to farming before modern machinery arrived.

This is a walk you can go on again and again, you will see something different each time.

You can view the leaflet on-line here.
